The staff were helpful and affable, making check-in easy. the location was nice, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel's location was good near to eating place. There was café Arang Coffee, that I found within 15 minutes' walk of the property.

Had really comfortable stay for a short business trip. The room was beautifully maintained and fashionable with table & many power outlet when upgraded. The stuff where very polite and fast and the location was easy in the business centre.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area to choose from.

The soundproofing in the hotel is not great - I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the plumbing was quite loud when others showered. Additionally, there were some minor inconveniences such as the lack of free parking and the cramped shower area that made it difficult to keep the bathroom dry.

The rainfall shower in my room was amazing and the hot water was a nice touch, especially since it rained a lot during my visit. I also liked that the TV had USB capability, as there were no English channels available.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the great location of the hotel. It was surrounded by a variety of eateries, making it easy for us to find delicious meals after a long day of hiking. The comfy bed in our clean room provided us with much-needed rest and relaxation. We also appreciated that the hotel provided complete basic toiletries, so we didn't have to worry about packing them ourselves.

One negative aspect is that there is a foul smell from the restaurant at the lift lobby, which can be bothersome for light sleepers.

We felt that the price we paid for our room was quite high considering the amenities and overall experience we received. Additionally, the location of the hotel was far from Georgetown, which made it less convenient for us to visit the main attractions and sights of the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were so comfortable, and the pillows were extra plush, with a sweet scent. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, especially the unbelievably clean toilet and amazing rain shower on the third floor. I also appreciated the water dispenser outside the room, providing clean and filtered warm and hot water anytime. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and even offered me a lift to my race venue after his shift. The hotel is located in a new establishment with a variety of restaurants, from mamaks to hipster joints. The air conditioner worked efficiently, quickly cooling the room. Parking was easy, although you may need to walk a bit as the spaces in front of the hotel fill up fast.
